Dr. Brian Friedlander's enthusiasm for the AlphaSmart as a tool for literacy in the special education setting spread among the teachers attending our recent Get Your Hands On AlphaSmart workshop.  Brian will be back in Burlington County again on January 9th for another Alphasmart training, and yes, there are still some seats available.

Teams of special educators from Tabernacle and Burlington County Special Services School District worked with Norm Rothstein one recent afternoon to "shop" for computer based resources at the ETTC of Burlington.  Our computer lab was loaded up with software titles to match student needs.  During this Attention (Software) Shoppers session, participants moved from computer to computer, "test driving" and previewing the software prior to purchase.

Kathy Karsch helped a happy roomful of Burlington County teachers learn to set up their lesson plans using Microsoft Word.

There are ten steps to making great digital pictures and the guys from The Pixel Place in Moorestown are the ones to teach them to you.  Jon Falk and Bob Laramie will reprise their presentation at the ETTC of Burlington on December 4th.  The good news is that some seats are still available.
